At the age of 15, while most teenagers were still figuring out their path in life, I

already knew where my passion lay.

Growing up in the picturesque country of Moldova, I embarked on a culinary journey that would take me to the heights of the pastry world. By the time I was 18, I had already achieved what many chefs only dream of—becoming a head pastry chef. But for me, this was just the beginning.

My move to Italy marked a significant milestone in my career, one that would shape

my future in extraordinary ways. Settling in the Marche region, known for its

breath-taking landscapes and culinary heritage, I found not just a new home, but also

love. Italy became my culinary playground, where I honed my craft, attending haute

patisserie courses in the cultural hubs of Milan, Rome, Florence, and Venice.

My talent did not go unnoticed, and in 2019, I was honoured as a 'rising star' in the

prestigious 'Gambero Rosso List' a renowned gastronomic guide.

With a portfolio that includes experience in Michelin-branded pastry shops, I have

dedicated myself to mastering my craft. I am a passionate advocate for natural,

chemical-free ingredients, always prioritising quality over quantity. My philosophy is

simple yet profound: every sweet creation is a way to communicate emotions.
