MY STORY

I started my calling as a pastry chef at the age of 15 in my country, Moldova. I haven't stopped since. At 18 I was already head pastry chef - a dream come true! My move to Italy became a milestone in my career. I used to live in the Marche, the Italian region where I found my love. I attended haute patisserie courses in Milan, Rome, Florence and Venice. In 2019 I was mentioned in the "Gambero Rosso List", a famous gastronomic guide, as 'rising star'.

I have worked in some of the most famous Michelin-branded pastry shops.

SELECTED WITH CARE

Always a lover of natural things, and chemical free. My theory at work is: quality is better than quantity. My main goal is to communicate emotions through my sweet creations.
